Nicoya is one of five Blue Zones in the world.
Blue Zones are places where people live noticeably longer than the average. Nicoya is the only one in the Americas. We're on a 32-acre hillside on the peninsula's Pacific side, half rainforest, with a long view to the ocean.

The land
Thirty-two acres.
We left the existing trees, drainage, and wildlife corridors alone. Buildings sit in the gaps between, not on top of.
