This site exists to share the Atma Grove investment thesis with prospective capital partners. The only personal data we collect is what you voluntarily submit through the indication-of-interest form: name, email, organization, phone (optional), indicative ticket size, and your message.

We use that information to evaluate fit and to coordinate next steps — typically a brief introductory conversation and, on signed NDA, access to the data room. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share submitted information with third parties outside of Atma Grove's principals and counsel.

Submissions are transmitted via Resend and stored only as long as required to evaluate and respond to the inquiry. You may request deletion at any time by writing to chase@aegisdesigns.io.

The site uses no third-party analytics or advertising trackers at present. Vercel may collect basic request logs and aggregate performance metrics for the purpose of operating the hosting infrastructure.
